CLEO converts the stubborn hard water salts into harmless forms so they dont stick on hair,skin or surfaces. The calcium and magnesium molecules are still present in the water but are inactive. Thus the TDS is not decreased as a result, but your water is safer & healthier.
Yes, you can use it with hot water upto 80 degrees. Turn on cold water first before turning on hot water.
Results on hair & skin take around 6 weeks to show. However you should feel a difference in lathering and the feel of water almost immediately after the change. You can try the lather test to check effectiveness of the product for your water. Please note CLEO is not a medical device to reduce hairfall, but an upgrade to your water. Hairfall my depend on other factors such as genetics, diet & medication.
No it does not. In case there is a drop in flow, it is due to sediments blocking the cartridge. Please perform reverse flush to flush out the sediments.
