Shipping Carrier We partner with Leopards Courier for all our domestic shipping. Leopards is a reliable carrier that ensures your orders reach you safely and on time.
Free Shipping We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Pakistan. No minimum order required. We believe in making your shopping experience hassle-free by eliminating shipping costs.
Processing Time Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 3-4 business days. During this time, we prepare and pack your items securely for shipment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on demand, but we strive to ship out all orders promptly.
Delivery Time After processing, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier. Rest assured, we work closely with Leopards to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking Information We provide tracking information for every order shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. This allows you to track your order’s progress and know exactly when to expect it.

Option 1: Cash on Delivery (COD) For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your doorstep, making the transaction simple and secure.

Option 2: Bank Transfer (Advance Payment) If you prefer to pay via Bank Transfer, please follow these steps:

Our Bank Details will be shown on the "Thank You" page after you complete the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@aquasaaf.com or on WhatsApp at 0327-0909262. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We recommend providing a physical address for delivery to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
International Shipping At this time, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping yet.
